Job summary

Sepadu in Malaysia seeks a Facilities Manager to lead all FM services for the office, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient and customer-focused operations in line with client policies, MSA, SAM and SOW requirements.

You will oversee budgets, vendor performance, KPI reporting, audits, and governance, while driving continuous improvement, space optimisation and Go-Green initiatives across the FM function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in FM or property management
• Experience with vendor and contract management
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and people leadership
• Good knowledge of HSE and regulatory requirements for office environments

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of FM services including helpdesk, reception, cleaning, pest control, and maintenance
• Act as single point of contact for FM matters with stakeholders for audits and inspections
• Manage FM budget, forecasts, and cost control; review quotations and invoices
• Manage vendors and service providers; ensure contract compliance and KPIs
• Oversee FM reporting and governance meetings; drive continuous improvement and Go-Green
