Job summary

Madam Kwan's Restaurant is seeking a dynamic content and marketing associate to plan, create and schedule content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Threads. You will engage with the community, track performance, review UGC and coordinate campaigns across our Shopee storefront and promotions.

Join a team focused on vibrant Malaysian cuisine storytelling, campaign support, and cross-outlet marketing operations to enhance brand reputation and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Threads.
• Respond to comments, DMs and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Monitor reach, engagement rate and follower growth; present weekly insights to AMM.
• Review incoming UGC and KOL content for brand alignment.
• Coordinate campaign planning notifications with the XHS team.
• Monitor and track reviews; compile analysis and elevate reputation issues to AMM.
• Storefront Management — Maintain and optimise the Madam Kwan's Shopee storefront and product listings.
• Configure campaigns, flash deals and voucher setups.
• Handle marketplace customer inquiries and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Support rollout and physical placement of promotional collateral across outlets.
• Assist in campaign events and ad-hoc marketing operations as required.
• As a young enthusiastic foodie, Madam Kwan combines elements of diverse cultures to share her uniquely created Malaysian Cuisine.

Content Planning & Posting — Plan, create and schedule content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Threads — maintaining brand voice and posting cadence

Community Engagement — Respond to comments, DMs and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner

Performance Reporting — Monitor reach, engagement rate and follower growth; present weekly insights to AMM.

Content Review — Review incoming UGC and KOL content for brand alignment

Campaign Coordination — Coordinate campaign planning notifications with the XHS team

Review Monitoring — Monitor and track reviews; compile analysis and elevate reputation issues to AMM

Shopee Account Management

Storefront Management — Maintain and optimise the Madam Kwan's Shopee storefront and product listings

Campaigns & Promotions — Configure campaigns, flash deals and voucher setups

Customer & Order Management — Handle marketplace customer inquiries and coordinate order fulfilment

Shared Team Duties

Marketing Distribution — Support rollout and physical placement of promotional collateral across outlets

Event & Campaign Support — Assist in campaign events and ad-hoc marketing operations as required

Madam Kwan's Restaurant established in August 1999, currently we are operating 16 outlets in Malaysia, namely: Suria KLCC, Pavilion Mall KL, Midvalley Megamall, Bangsar Shopping Center, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, 163 Retail Park, Empire Shopping Gallery, Sunway Pyramid, Genting Highlands, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Shaftbury Square Cyberjaya, Seksyen 9 Shah Alam, Imago Mall Sabah, ITCC Mall Sabah, IOI City Mall 2 and Midvalley Southkey JB.
