Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Posting across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Threads.
• Engage community through timely responses to comments and DMs.
• Monitor performance metrics and present weekly insights.
• Review incoming UGC and KOL content for brand alignment.
• Coordinate campaigns and promotions with the XHS team.
• Monitor reviews and elevate reputation issues.
• Shopee Account Management and storefront optimization.
• Configure campaigns, flash deals and vouchers.
• Handle customer inquiries and order fulfilment coordination.
• Support marketing distribution and event campaigns.
