• 3+ years experience in design or validation with DFT features including SCAN, MBIST, Boundary Scan, JTAG.
• Create and manage Test Cases for quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate DFT architectures and approaches.
• Generate validation test patterns for SOC/IC devices.
• Conduct simulations to verify DFT/DFDx functionality.
• Analyze test coverage and optimize test efficiency.
• Troubleshoot DFT-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
