Job summary

DFStar Technology Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang is seeking a Design-for-Test (DFT) Engineer for an on-site role to develop and implement DFT design and pre-silicon validation solutions for semiconductor devices. • 3+ years of experience in design or validation with DFT features (SCAN, MBIST, Boundary Scan, JTAG).
• Ability to create, implement, and manage test cases for QA.
• Expertise in SCAN/Array/Functional Testing methodologies.
