The role emphasizes RTL/Gate-level debugging, leveraging Verilog simulators, and scripting to automate complex DFT tasks. Hybrid collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in design-for-test (DFT) and design-for-debug (DFD) for ASIC/SoC.
• Strong knowledge of ATPG, scan insertion and on-chip test patterns.
• Proficiency with Verilog simulations and RTL/gate-level debugging.

Responsibilities

• Working with cross-functional teams on DFT/DFD architecture and methodology.
• Performing DFT RTL design, integration, synthesis, and timing analysis.
• Writing and maintaining DFT/DFD documentation and specifications.
• Developing CAD software, scripts and tools to enable DFT construction in complex SoC designs.
• Performing scan insertion, ATPG verification and test pattern generation.
• Providing DFT feature bring-up and pattern debug support during silicon bring-up and qualification.
• Collaborating with PD teams to resolve timing and integration issues.
