Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited in Penang seeks an SMT Engineer (Process/Manufacturing Engineer) to join the team and help enhance equipment maintenance, process optimization and technology implementation. You will lead high-level SMT equipment maintenance and drive equipment improvements.

The role focuses on maintaining equipment accuracy, researching new process technology, solving process problems and establishing robust SMT systems across the factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Measurement Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Industrial Design; Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Quality improvement technology QC7, NQC7, DOE, FMEA;Effort-saving and automation improvement
• Equipment maintenance expertise
• Designing and improving factory equipment.
• Planning and executing inventory.
