Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is looking for an SME Associate in Kuala Lumpur to drive SME loan and deposit product growth. You will build and manage client relationships, implement marketing plans, and monitor loan accounts to achieve business objectives.

The role offers training in banking sales, exposure to credit evaluation, and a path toward Relationship Manager or Team Lead positions within the bank.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with strong analytical abilities in financial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall business development on SME loan and deposit products.
• Managing customer relationships to sustain business flow to achieve bank’s business objective.
• Developing and implementing marketing plans and monitoring loan accounts.
• Solicit and develop new client relationships to drive the SME business to new heights.
• Enhance existing customer relationships and cross-sell the Bank's products.
