Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia is seeking an SME Associate to drive business development on SME loan and deposit products and manage customer relationships to sustain business flow.

You will develop and implement marketing plans, solicit new clients, cross-sell bank products, and participate in training to become a Relationship Manager or Team Lead in the future.

This role offers exposure to real-world lending, cash flow analysis, and hands-on banking experience while training under senior mentors.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized degree with good analytical skills in financial accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with commitment to achieving targets.
• Experience in cash flow analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall business development on SME loan and deposit products.
• Managing customer relationships to sustain business flow toward objectives.
• Develop and implement marketing plans; monitor loan accounts.
• Solicit and develop new client relationships to grow SME business.
• Enhance existing relationships and cross-sell bank products.
