Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Johor Bahru is seeking an SME Sales Associate to train in selling and credit evaluation for SME loans and deposits. You will nurture client relationships and contribute to achieving bank objectives while developing marketing plans and monitoring loans.

The role offers bank-sponsored training, exposure to business models, and opportunities to progress toward Relationship Manager or Team Lead roles, with cross-selling of bank products encouraged.

Formación

• Possess a recognised Degree/Diploma with good analytical skills in financial accounts and well-versed in cash flow analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a strong inclination towards a sales-driven culture
• Results driven with strong commitment to achieve sales target set by bank
• Possess own transport
• 1-2 years working experience in Banking Sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Requirements:
