Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated professional to manage an SME portfolio and drive cross-sell opportunities across the bank’s products and services. The role focuses on meeting customer needs, growing loan and deposit bases, and executing strategic business plans.

Candidate should have strong relationship skills, basic financial knowledge, and the ability to work independently under pressure while delivering results in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management skills.
Basic understanding of financial accounts.
Good interpersonal skills.
Banking know-how with credit knowledge is preferred.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Resourceful and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities including by not limited to Trade, Forex & Cash Management Solutions
