Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad invites applications for an SME Associate. The program trains you in selling and credit evaluation while preparing you for future roles such as Relationship Manager or Team Lead.

You will engage with SME owners, build client networks, and learn via bank-sponsored schemes to guide you to certification as a Chartered Banker. You will gain exposure to credit evaluation, sales, and business development within the SME banking space, supported by mentorship and structured

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised degree with strong analytical skills in financial accounts and cash flow analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a sales-driven mindset and be committed to achieving sales targets.
• Possess own transport and readiness to engage with clients on-site.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for overall business development on SME loan and deposit products.
• Managing customer relationships with an aim to develop and sustain business flow to achieve bank’s business objective.
• Developing and implementing marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring loan accounts.
• Solicit and develop new client relationships to drive the SME business to new heights.
• Enhance existing customer relationships and cross-sell the Bank's products.

The Role Comprises Of

• Responsible for overall business development on SME loan and deposit products.
