Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia seeks a Senior Business Insights Specialist within the SME Banking Transformation team. You will measure, track, report, and analyze sales performance, and propose changes to KRAs to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, CRM, and Compliance to deliver data-driven campaigns, set KPIs, provide periodic performance reviews, and manage campaigns from planning to production.

Qualifications

• Requires Malaysian citizenship and at least a Bachelor's/Graduate degree in Finance, Banking, or Business fields.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Sales management or consulting within financial services.
• Strong presentation, communication, and numerical analysis skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SME campaigns to grow market share and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, CRM, and Compliance to deliver data-driven campaigns and enable RM targets.
• Set campaign objectives and KPIs (leads, conversion, revenue, NIM impact).
• Provide regular sales performance reporting and productivity tracking for period reviews.
• Coordinate projects from planning through production within time and budget.
