Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad is seeking a seasoned professional in Kuala Lumpur to join the SME Banking Business Transformation team. You will measure, track, report, and analyze sales performance to drive changes in KRAs that boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management or related consulting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with numbers, reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SME campaigns to grow market share and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, CRM, and Compliance on data-driven campaigns.
• Set campaign objectives and KPIs and manage calendars aligned with product launches.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and YTD sales performance tracking.
