Responsibilities

• Achieve set production targets and targeted profitability.
• Expand growth from group sources and coordinate expansion plans.
• Coordinate collection activities to keep outstanding premium within manageable level.
• Cross-sell Bank/Group products and services.
• Grow SME deposits and portfolio; refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
• Ensure compliance of conditions precedent and maintain PLM asset quality.
