• Assist to achieve set production targets and profitability.
• Coordinate expansion plans for growth from group source.
• Coordinate collection activities to keep outstanding premium within manageable level.
• Cross-sell Bank/Group products and services.
• Grow SME portfolio and assets through Program Lending.
• Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
• Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold.
