Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable professional to join the SME Banking Business Transformation team. You will measure, track, and report on the sales teams’ performance and propose changes to the KRA to drive sales and boost customer satisfaction.

The role demands collaboration with Product, Sales, Analytics, CRM and Compliance to deliver data‑driven campaigns and enable Relationship Managers to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Malaysian Citizen.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales management or consulting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong numerical reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SME campaigns to grow market share and improve P&L.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Analytics, CRM, and Compliance to run data-driven campaigns.
• Set campaign KPIs and manage calendars around product launches and seasonal trends.
• Provide regular sales performance and productivity tracking for reviews.
• Analyze RM portfolios to uncover cross-sell opportunities.
