Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an SME Associate in Kuala Lumpur to learn the craft of selling and credit evaluation while supporting SME loan and deposit initiatives. The role focuses on developing new client relationships and sustaining business flow to help the bank meet its objectives.

You will gain exposure to marketing plans, site visits, and mentoring from team leads, with a path toward Relationship Manager or team lead roles and Chartered Banker certification through IBBM.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized degree with good analytical skills in financial accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales-driven mindset with target orientation.
• Experience in cash flow analysis is a plus.
• Own transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall business development on SME loan and deposit products.

• Developing and implementing marketing plans; administering loan accounts.

• Credit skills are essential as this sales involves pitching to SME business owners.
• This journey will prepare you for a successful career in becoming a Relationship Manager or Team Leads in the future.

The Role Comprises Of

• Responsible for overall business development on SME loan and deposit products.
• Managing customer relationships with an aim to develop and sustain business flow to achieve bank’s business objective.
• Other duties include developing and implementing marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring loan accounts
• Solicit and develop new client relationships to drive the SME business to new heights
• Enhance existing customer relationships and cross-sell the Bank's products
