Celtech Security Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy exploring technology, solving technical problems, and sharing product knowledge, we'd love to hear from you.

You will develop new business opportunities in the project market, build relationships with developers, main contractors, M&E consultants, architects, and project owners, and promote Celtech's Smart Lock, Smart Home, CCTV, and Solar Solutions.

Qualifications

Mandarin speaking ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken & written).
Diploma or higher in any field.
Valid driving license and own transport.
Interest in Smart Home and emerging technologies.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities within the project market and build relationships with developers, main contractors, M&E consultants, architects and project owners.
Promote and specify CELTECH's Smart Lock, Smart Home, CCTV and Solar Solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
Follow up on project progress and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
