Job summary

Eagle Secure Tech SDN. BHD. is looking for a capable administrative coordinator to support the sales team from Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

You will manage filing, records, and daily admin tasks while coordinating with customers and logistics partners for surveys, installations and deliveries. Fresh graduates are welcome. A diploma or equivalent and proficiency in MS Excel/Office/Word are expected, with strong communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U/Diploma.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
• English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin required to liaise with stakeholders.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

• Liaise with internal teams, customers and third-party logistics providers for site surveys, installation planning, deliveries and service requirements.

To provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

Liaise with internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics providers to coordinate site surveys, installation planning, deliveries, and service requirements.

General administrative duties including keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies.

Responsible for basic administrative day-to-day work.

Assist in preparing monthly reports and other necessary reports.

Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

What we need from you?

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/ Diploma.

Required skills): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholder.

Min 1-2 years working experience in a similar position
