Job summary

IMOU is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Malaysia to support our Smart Home brand. You will train sales teams, distributors, installers, and promoters, resolve installation and playback issues, and handle on-site problem solving.

You will translate materials, present product solutions, and promote the Partner App, contributing to product launches and customer satisfaction. A bachelor in technical field and solid English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Deep knowledge of CCTV products.
• Bachelor degree in a technical or related field; English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide offline and online training for distributors, resellers, and installers.
• Offer offline technical support to distributors, resellers and installers on site.
• Translate and localize user guides and installation manuals.
• Support product promotions and participate in events and app promotions.
• Operate and promote Partner App to resellers and installers.
