Job summary

Job description

• Provide customers in Malaysia with timely and professional after sales trouble shooting work and equipment maintenance work.
• Record maintenance work online and compile equipment maintenance reports.
• Utilize maintenance data statistics to compile maintenance documents based on multiple cases.
• Compile maintenance training materials and provide training to engineers.
• Technical support of spare parts sourcing and maintenance schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time based on company needs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Advanced in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science or electronics.
• Experience in electronic equipment maintenance and video surveillance or IT industry is preferred.
• An ability to work under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates who fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
• Willing to travel when needed.
