Job summary

SERI SAUJANA BINA is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Water Works) for a contract-based full-time role in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will oversee water works construction activities, ensure safety, quality and timely progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients.

Candidate should have SPM, own transport with Class D licence, and be prepared to manage site reports and liaise with project teams. Company will provide training and renew contract annually.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily activities on the water works construction site, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout all construction phases
• Manage and direct site personnel, including labourers, technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and adherence to project requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work meets specified standards and project drawings
• Prepare and maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation required for project management
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to report on project status, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
• Manage site resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to optimise productivity and cost‑efficiency
• Ensure proper maintenance of construction equipment and coordinate equipment inspections and repairs
• Address site challenges and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum
