Job summary

Kim Chong Plumbing Sdn. Bhd. – Balakong, Selangor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Plumbing Construction) to join our team.

This full-time position requires overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and top-quality work. You will plan, monitor and manage site diaries, coordinate sub-contractors, review drawings, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction methods.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Willing to travel and relocate; own transport.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain site diary and material management.
• Ensure daily site operations run smoothly.
• Ensure work quality per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities at project site.
• Ensure material received is in order and site housekeeping.
• Attend site meetings.
• Assist in preparing information for progressive claims and VO.
• Ensure safety and health requirements are complied with.

Kim Chong Plumbing Sdn. Bhd. – Balakong, Selangor

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Plumbing Construction) to join our team at KIM CHONG PLUMBING SDN. BHD. This is a full-time position based in Balakong, Selangor. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Able to plan, monitor and maintain accuracy record of site diary and material management.

Ensure all daily operation at construction site run smoothly

Ensure high quality of work done according to drawing and specification

To coordinate and monitor sub-contractor's activities at project site

To ensure all material received is in order, place at right location and site house keeping.

To attend the site meeting

Able to read and understand drawings

To assist in prepare information to Project Executive for progressive claims and VO

Ensure safety and health requirements are complied

What we're looking for

Certificate/Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Prefer candidate with at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

Good in analytical and problem solving skills.

Possess own transport, willing to travel and relocate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders

Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools

Prefer candidate with working experience in plumbing and water works
