United Plumbing And Sanitation Sdn Berhad is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee plumbing and sanitary works at construction sites. You will coordinate with project teams, workers, subcontractors and main contractors to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.
Key responsibilities include supervising installation works, reading drawings, coordinating tasks, ensuring material availability, keeping daily reports, and ensuring site safety and compliance.

We are looking for Site Supervisors to oversee and coordinate plumbing and sanitary works at construction sites. You will work closely with our project team, workers, subcontractors and main contractors to ensure works are carried out safely, correctly and according to schedule.

Supervise and monitor daily plumbing & sanitary installation works at site
Coordinate and assign tasks to workers according to project requirements
Monitor work progress and ensure works are completed according to drawings and specifications
Coordinate with main contractors, site representatives, QS and project team
Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage and storage
Monitor manpower, work progress and site activities
Identify and report site issues, delays, defects and technical problems
Ensure workers follow site safety requirements and company procedures
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and relevant documentation
Coordinate material requirements with the office/warehouse team
Follow up on outstanding site works and ensure timely completion
Perform other site-related duties assigned by management
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
1–3 years of relevant site experience preferred
Experience in plumbing, sanitary, M&E or construction works is an advantage
Able to read and understand construction drawings is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to supervise workers and manage site activities
Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn
Able to work independently and solve site problems
Possess a valid driving licence
Willing to travel to construction sites when required
