Eastern Pretech Malaysia is seeking a diligent Site Supervisor to monitor installation works and oversee daily site activities in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and in-house teams to ensure progress aligns with design drawings and specifications.

Monitor and supervise all installation works undertaken by the company.
Oversee daily site activities and workforce performance.
Liaise and coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and in-house workers.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates.
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings to promote a safe working environment.
Perform site inspections with relevant parties upon completion of installation works to ensure compliance with approved design drawings and specifications.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and installation works.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare and submit progress reports, work completion records, and progress claim documentation.
Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site resources to support project execution.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years of site supervision experience in construction, installation, or related projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
Good knowledge of site safety requirements and regulations.
Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ability to identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites as required.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight project schedules.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and project documentation is an added advantage.
