The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, can read drawings, and communicates effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to manage site resources and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site supervision best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities to meet project schedules and specs.
• Read, interpret, and implement construction drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations on site.
• Prepare site progress reports and update management on project status.
