Job summary

KGS Paint & Waterproofing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Puchong, Selangor. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure safety, quality workmanship, and on-time delivery across paint and waterproofing projects.

The role requires at least 3 years in construction supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction supervision.
• Preferably with paint and waterproofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and Malaysia regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to various sites.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on site.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor quality of work and materials.
• Manage subcontractors and site personnel for productivity and discipline.
• Prepare and maintain site records and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on progress and changes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify hazards.
• Manage site resources, tools and equipment.
• Address and resolve on-site conflicts and budget/ schedule issues.
