Job summary

Sri Pengkalan Binaan Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, monitor progress against drawings and specifications, and coordinate subcontractors and site workers.

You will ensure safety regulations are followed, conduct inspections and quality checks, manage materials and site logistics, and prepare daily site reports and progress updates. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site workers
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to work on-site and travel if required
