• Report progress and issues to the Project Manager; assist in planning schedules and workforce allocation

Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Check and verify materials delivered to site, ensuring quality and quantity are in order.
• Maintain proper site records, reports, and progress documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements at site.
• Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager.
• Assist in planning work schedules and workforce allocation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
