Job summary

EUREKA WAJA SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to lead daily project operations, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects moving on schedule. You will coordinate with managers, clients, and subcontractors while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Construction or Engineering with at least two years of supervision experience, and you must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. On-site work and travel between sites are expected.

• Must possess own transport and willing to travel between office and various sites.
• Familiar with construction tools, equipment, and common site practices.

• Good interpersonal skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of workers to ensure smooth daily site operations.
• Attend project meetings, provide progress updates, and support coordination efforts.
• Liaise with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and aligned with quality expectations.
• Oversee and guide construction teams and subcontractors with minimal supervision.
• Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure work progress follows the execution plan.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance to reduce accidents and maintain a safe site environment.
• Monitor workmanship quality and follow up to ensure standards are met.
• Work with the Quantity Surveyor on measurements, progress claims, payments, and variation orders.
• Maintain and safekeep daily progress pictures, reports, and documentation.
• Willing to work and be based on-site as required by the project.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and aligned with

quality expectations.
