FRANKY Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site, with a focus on earthworks such as earth filling, soil dumping, excavation, compaction, and site leveling. The role requires ensuring work is conducted according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and the project schedule.

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities involving earthworks, including earth filling, soil dumping, excavation, compaction, and site leveling works.

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project management team to ensure smooth site operations.

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control requirements are complied with.

Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Take overall responsibility for supervising day‑to‑day construction activities on site.

Prepare daily site reports, work progress reports, and maintain proper site records.

Verify completed works and ensure work progress meets project milestones.

Oversee planning, requesting, and monitoring of construction materials to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Monitor drainage alignment, road levels, compaction works, and other civil engineering activities.
