FRANKY Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor to supervise and coordinate M&E works at project sites in Malaysia. You will ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements, and coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in supervising M&E works, a strong focus on safety and quality, and willingness to work at Kerteh.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E works at the project site to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Monitor daily site activities and progress of M&E installations to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams on M&E matters.
• Inspect M&E materials, equipment and installations for compliance with specifications.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify site issues and provide technical support with corrective actions.
• Review testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities of M&E systems.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection records and progress updates.
• Attend site meetings and integrate M&E with civil/structural works.
• Monitor manpower and subcontractor performance for timely completion.

Inspect and verify M&E materials, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.

Ensure all M&E works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Identify site issues, provide technical support, and recommend corrective actions to resolve installation and operational problems.

Review and monitor testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities of M&E systems.

Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection records, work progress updates, and related documentation.

Attend site meetings and coordinate activities to ensure smooth integration of M&E works with civil and structural works.

Monitor manpower, resources, and subcontractor performance to ensure efficient execution of M&E works and timely project completion.

Job Requirements:

Good problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills to ensure timely project completion.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in supervising M&E works within construction, infrastructure, industrial, or building projects.

Willing to work at Kerteh
