Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works to ensure construction is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
• Verify workmanship quality and ensure works are completed before progressing.
• Perform on-site setting out, levelling and basic surveying works.
• Monitor daily site progress and maintain proper site records.
• Prepare progress updates and report site issues to the project team.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers and site activities.
• Manage material and sample submissions and track approvals.
• Follow up on shop drawings, material submissions and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and Company Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Assist in resolving site coordination and technical issues.
• Any other related jobs as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field
• Min. 1 year experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic ability to read construction drawings
• Willing to learn site supervision and quality control
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work on site and travel when required
