Job summary

FRANKY Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Workshop Executive to oversee administrative and operations flow, coordinating with HR, Asset and Accounts to optimise processes and meet deadlines. The role requires a Diploma or Degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and planning capabilities.

You will monitor performance metrics, enforce safety and ISO compliance, prepare maintenance reports, and drive continuous improvements across workshop activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in relevant administrative works.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workshop operations, maintenance procedures, safety and SIRIM practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop admin and operations flow; liaise with HR, Asset and Accounts to optimise workflow.
• Ensure tasks are efficient, meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Monitor workshop metrics and implement productivity improvements.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare reports on workshop maintenance cost and machinery history for management.
• Identify process improvement areas and implement best practices.
• Communicate HQ admin policy to mechanics and workers.
• Ensure ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and 37001 compliance across processes, docs, audits.
• Ensure workshop invoices, DO and PO are processed on time and dispatched to HQ.
• Prepare monthly internal machinery rentals charges to project sites.

Workshop Executive overseeing all aspects of workshop administrative and operations flow, liaising with HR, Asset and Account Dept to optimise workflow. The role ensures that all tasks are executed efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines, while monitoring workshop performance metrics and implementing improvements for enhanced productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of workshop administrative and operations flow, liaise with HR, Asset and Account Dept to optimise workflow
• Ensure that all tasks are executed efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Monitor workshop performance metrics and implement improvements for enhanced productivity
• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines within the workshop to create a safe working environment for all staff members
• Prepare reports on workshop maintenance cost and machinery maintenance history for management review
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance workshop efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate and convey HQ administrative policy to mechanic and workers
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001 requirements across departmental processes, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure all Workshop Invoices, DO and PO process on time and dispatch to HQ before cut off date of each month
• Prepare monthly internal machinery rentals charge to project sites

About you

• Diploma or Degree in related field
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in relevant administrative works
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of workshop operations, maintenance procedures, safety and SIRIM practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoints and literate in IT
