We are looking for Site Engineers for these states:

Key Responsibilities

1) Site Operations & Project Coordination

Assist in coordinating daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, schedules, and quality requirements.

Monitor project progress and take necessary actions to support timely completion of works.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on site-related matters.

Participate in site inspections and ensure proper implementation of project requirements.

Assist in planning project sequences and coordinating work arrangements on site.

2) Technical Support & Problem Solving

Provide technical support and assist in resolving site-related engineering issues.

Review drawings, specifications, and site requirements to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist in identifying and addressing construction challenges promptly and effectively.

Support joint measurements and other technical coordination activities.

3) Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure site activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Support the implementation of workplace safety practices and site compliance standards.

Assist in maintaining adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality requirements.

4) Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.

Monitor and maintain project documentation records.

Assist in the preparation of monthly claims and project-related reports.

Update project progress and communicate key developments to relevant stakeholders.

5) Stakeholder Communication

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities on project matters.

Attend site meetings and support coordination efforts among project stakeholders.

Maintain effective communication to ensure project requirements are understood and executed efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in infrastructure or earthworks projects would be an advantage.

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced site environment.

Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.

Willing to work on Saturdays (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
