Job summary

GEOQUEST SOLUTIONS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, lead site teams, and ensure work meets schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Based at the Karak site with travel within Malaysia, you will manage resources, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, maintain critical project documentation, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in site supervision or construction project management.
• Good knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.
• Experience in project documentation, client coordination, resource planning, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and workplace safety practices.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project requirements, schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Attend site meetings, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project partners, and follow up on site matters.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources to support smooth project progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress, safety, activity, test, BOQ, and variance reports.
• Conduct required site tests and prepare the related reports.
• Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Handle client or consultant feedback and report important issues to the superior.
• Be based at the project site in Karak and travel within Malaysia when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

About The Role
