Job summary

Foong Cheng Construction Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a on-site site supervisor to oversee all construction activities in Johor.

The role requires coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and timely progress while resolving on-site challenges. You will maintain detailed site records, provide regular progress reports to senior management, and mentor junior supervisors and workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in architectural & structural housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
