Qualifications

• Experience supervising earthworks and site activities (earth filling, soil dumping, excavation, compaction, site leveling).
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs, method statements, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project management team.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain site records.
• Verify completed works and monitor progress against milestones.
• Oversee planning and monitoring of construction materials.
• Monitor drainage alignment, road levels, compaction and other civil works.
