FRANKY Construction Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Site Supervisor to supervise and monitor daily site activities related to civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

You will coordinate site manpower, subcontractors, and resources to maintain schedule, inspect workmanship and safety, and maintain accurate project records and progress reports for claims and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee site manpower, subcontractors, and resources to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to schedule.
• Monitor construction progress and report any delays, issues, or discrepancies to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved construction methods, company procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and project teams on site-related matters and technical issues.
• Verify site measurements, material usage, and work completed for progress claims and record purposes.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, work progress reports, and other project documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues, including technical and operational challenges, to minimize project delays.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Enforce workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
