Job summary

TERRA PROLIFIK SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for construction infrastructure, based in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor.

You will supervise, coordinate and monitor daily site work, ensuring activities follow drawings and specifications, and manage site workers and quality. The role requires a minimum of two years in similar supervisory roles, the ability to work independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driving license with willingness to travel

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role in construction.
Able to work independently with good communication and strong problem-solving skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the construction site as required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site management software (preferred).
Candidate with qualified and valid Construction cert / qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and plans.
Monitor and manage site workforce, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project standards and specifications.
Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
