Job summary

HB Glass & Aluminium Sdn Bhd. is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities, ensure safety and quality standards, review drawings, and manage on-site teams.

You will prepare daily progress reports, coordinate with subcontractors and main contractors, monitor schedules, and support logistics while enforcing company regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

Coordinate and communicate efficiently with subcontractors (subcon) and main contractors (maincon) to ensure smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues.

Monitor work schedules and ensure timely execution of activities as per project timelines.

Enforce site safety protocols and company regulations.

Report any delays, risks, or deviations from the plan to the Project Manager promptly.

Assist in site logistics, material management, and site housekeeping.

Requirements:
