Job summary

HB Glass & Aluminium Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage all QS activities across pre-contract and post-contract stages. You will handle estimating, tendering, cost analyses, procurement, and financial management through the project lifecycle.

The role covers preparing tender documents, material budgeting, and subcontractor negotiations, with involvement in progress claims and final accounts. Join a leading glazing and aluminium firm in Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-contract and post-contract tasks for QS roles.
• Ability to prepare tender documents and cost analyses.
• Competence in material budgeting and procurement activities.

• All QS works related to pre-contract and post-contract.
