PC Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil Engineering/Construction Coordinator with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience. The role involves reviewing drawings, coordinating site progress, resolving technical issues, and maintaining project documentation.

You will work across multiple disciplines, monitor quality and safety, and support the Quality Control Plan. Strong Bahasa Malaysia and English skills are required along with independent work capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in construction project execution, including site coordination or engineering roles.

Responsabilités

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to support project execution.
• Coordinate and monitor site progress to ensure works are carried out according to schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Identify technical issues, discrepancies, or clashes and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant parties for resolution.
• Manage and monitor shop drawings, as-built drawings, inspections, testing, and project documentation.
• Monitor materials, site activities, subcontractor work progress, and overall project coordination.
• Support implementation of the Company’s Quality Control Plan (QCP) and project quality requirements.
• Assist in improving work efficiency, productivity, and timely completion of projects.
• Prepare progress updates, reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Depending on project scale and operational requirements, may be assigned to support multiple projects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

• a. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• b. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in construction project execution, including site coordination or engineering roles.
• c. Good time management, coordination, and organizational skills.
• d. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• e. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• f. Able to work independently and coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• g. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
