Job summary

Nakakumi Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, and compliant with engineering specs. The role connects management, engineers, and subcontractors to drive project success.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering qualification and 2–3 years of supervisory experience, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication. Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on project timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of proven site supervision experience in construction.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track site progress against project schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate among subcontractors, workers, and related parties to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate and conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Manage and resolve safety, health, and environmental (HSE) issues on site.
• Prepare and submit regular progress and incident reports to management.
