Job summary

NCT PMC SDN BHD is seeking a on-site Civil Construction Supervisor to coordinate all activities at the Sepang site. You will monitor progress, supervise subcontractors, and ensure professional execution of works in accordance with plans.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering and 2-5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in reading drawings and MS Project. Independent work capability and strict safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required.
2-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in reading structural drawings, plans, coordinate and supervise site installation work.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Familiar with MS Project.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and proactively manage all on-site activities including site progress, subcontractors’ performance and site organization.
Review, evaluate and monitor contractors’ plans and physical progress to ensure completion.
Ensure contractors’ work is sound and executed professionally.
Supervise construction and civil works on site.
Manage material delivery projection and wastage control.
Schedule, control and monitor daily use of plant and machinery.
Monitor site safety to ensure compliance with regulations.
