Job summary

Klitz Vibrant Imported Kitchens Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations in Penang, ensuring work proceeds according to plans, drawings, specifications, and timelines.

You will coordinate subcontractors and workers, monitor safety and quality, liaise with project managers and clients, maintain daily reports and progress records, and help plan schedules and resources.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or above in any related field.
• Proven experience as a site supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and site activities to maintain work quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local authority requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders on project progress and issues.
• Maintain proper site documentation including daily reports, material usage, and progress records.
• Assist in planning work schedules, resources, and manpower.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve site issues as they arise.
• Monitor and ensure proper usage of materials and tools to prevent wastage.

Education

Diploma or above in related field
