You will coordinate subcontractors and workers, enforce safety and quality standards, liaise with project managers, clients, and consultants, and maintain thorough site documentation.

The role includes planning resources, guiding on-site teams, and reporting progress.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in a related field.
Proven experience as a site supervisor in construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure work is carried out according to project plans, drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and site activities to maintain work quality and safety.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local authority requirements.
Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders on project progress and issues.
Maintain proper site documentation including daily reports, material usage, and progress records.
Assist in planning work schedules, resources, and manpower.
Conduct site inspections and resolve site issues as they arise.
Monitor and ensure proper usage of materials and tools to prevent wastage.
