Job summary
ULTIMATE PROCON SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on waterproofing, floor hardener and related works in Penang. You will supervise workers and subcontractors, monitor progress and quality, coordinate materials, and liaise with main contractors and clients to ensure safety and compliance.
The role requires hands-on coordination, strong communication, and the ability to resolve site issues promptly while maintaining schedules across multiple locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site supervision experience.
- Experience in waterproofing, flooring or related works is an advantage.
- Able to coordinate workers and subcontractors independently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to liaise with Main Contractors, clients and site personnel.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety requirements.
- CIDB Green Card is preferred.
- First Aid / safety-related certification is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and solve site issues proactively.
