Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedules. You will monitor quality, safety, and progress while coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and workers on site.

The role requires understanding of construction methods and regulations, plus strong communication, planning, and teamwork skills. Relocation may be required within Peninsular Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and delegate tasks as needed.
• Must able to Outstation.
• Working sites may be located across Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia).
